Red dry "Lonely Cat"

Dry red wine "Lonely Cat" from Einat Winery is the first single-varietal wine. Petit Verdot is one of Einat Klein's favorite grape varieties and it was the one that became 100% Lonely Cat. Having spent many months in a barrel, this wine is ready to share with connoisseurs its most important advantages: a set of spices, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, as well as excellent aging potential.

The vineyards are located at an altitude of 850 meters in the Samaria mountains and are considered among the best in Israel. The grapes were harvested by hand, and the wine spent 18 months in French oak barrels. Harvest 2020. Alcohol: 14.5%.
