Red dry "4 Cats"

The red dry blend "4 Cats" ("4 Cats") from Einat Winery consists of four grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 850 meters in the Samaria mountains and are considered among the best in Israel. The grapes were harvested by hand, and the wine spent 18 months in French oak barrels. Harvest 2019. 14.5%.
